Favorite Beauty Products of May

Let’s talk about some of my favorite beauty products of May!

Focipeysa Fluffy Lashes

Yall know I’ve been in love with DIY lash clusters for a while now and I think I finally found the lash brand that works for me. I love a natural-looking wispy lash set, but I also love fluffy lashes. When I say that I’ve found the PERFECT lashes that are a mixture between the two, it’s the Focipeysa Fluffy Lash brand from Amazon. Now, if you want more of a natural, everyday eyelash look, then this specific lash kit is not for you. They do have more natural lash cluster kits! Their fluffy lash kits are the perfect blend between wispy and fluffy, they maintain their curls and they’re soft. The brand could work a little more on the actual lash bond and seal, but besides that, the Focipeysa Fluffy lashes are a 10/10.

Love in Black

Wind Flowers

My sister gave me 6 samples of Creed perfumes, and I only ended up liking two: Love in Black and Wind Flower. Love in Black is the perfect spring/summer scent. The head notes are violet leaves, raspberry, and cranberry. The heart notes are rose, violet accord, orris butter, and jasmine. The base notes are cedarwood, musk, and leathery notes. I know all of that together sounds insane, but when I say it smells wonderful, I’m not being dramatic. Wind Flowers has more of a floral, feminine smell. The head notes are jasmine, orange, blossom, and peach. The heart notes are jasmine sambac, tuberose absolute, and rose de mai. The base notes are iris, orange blossom, musk, sandalwood, and praline. This scent is so light and refreshing and if I had to describe what spring smelled like, it would be this scent.

Bare

I was gifted Victoria’s Secret Bare perfume a few days ago and was shocked at how good it smelled. I hadn’t used a Victoria’s Secret perfume in years, so I was a little nervous. The fragrance type is woody floral. The notes are Australian sandalwood, mandarin Madagascar, and Egyptian violet. What's cute about this fragrance is that it transforms into your skin to create a signature scent that's unique to you. This makes so much sense because I swear I smell vanilla as one of the fragrance notes. When I first wore it, I mixed it with Miss Dior, and it smelled even better!
