Booking FAQs
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Booking Fees:
A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of $15 is required to secure appointment and is credited towards your service.
Remaining balance must be paid in cash, Apple Pay or Zelle, Paypal or Venmo the day of appointment.
Late Policy:
There is a five minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there a $10 late fee will be added to the remaining balance for the appointment.
After 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled (with no additional charges) and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
The booking fee will not be refunded for cancelled appointments.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you must contact Richie Allyn 24 hours before appointment, so your deposit can be credited towards your next appointment. This does not apply to same day cancellations.
